Admission And Withdrawal

Application for admission must be made in the prescribed form which can be had from the college
  •  
All candidates selected for admission must produce the following before admission, Transfer certificates from the school or college which they last attended and their S.S.L.C. book or records of examination recognised as equivalent to S.S.L.C. Candidates to be admitted to the B.A., & B.Com. classes should also produce the certificates of the qualifying examination they have passed.

Students who come from other universities must produce the migration-certificate
  •  
Candidates shall be deemed to have been admitted only when the prescribed fees have been paid.
  •  
No student shall be considered to have been enrolled in any college term unless she has attended the college at least one day of that term or has paid the fees prescribed or portions thereof.
  •  
A student applying for a transfer certificate during a college term in which she has been enrolled or applying not later than the 5th working day of the college term immediately following shall forth with be given such certificates upon payment of all fees or other amounts due or such part thereof as the principal may deem fit to demand for the college term in which she was on the rolls.

A student who after being admitted applies for a transfer certificate even without attending classes for a day has to pay the fees accord-ing to the rules laid down by the university.

Transfer certificate shall be issued only after the applicant has paid all the amounts due to the college
  •  
A student applying for any certificatesmust apply in the prescribed form giving her name in full and class last attended with group and number. Ordinarily a notice of 24 hours is necessary for issuing a certifcate.
  •  
Old students applying for certificates should give in addition to the above, the year in which they left the collegeto be noted.
  •  
No certificate will be sent by post unless the transmission charges are pre-paid.
  •  
Conduct Certificate (except when these are needed while students are still in the College) must be applied for, as soon as possible after students leave the college. The Conduct Certificate is a document which the students have to earn. It will not be issued as a matter of course.
  •  
A student who leaves the College after enrolment will have to pay the fees as per rules. As per Government rules, candidates will not be allowed to have their certificate or mark lists with out payment of the fees for the whole term. Hence it is advisable that candidates who are admitted, keep attested copies of the certificates or mark lists with them when they are submitted at the time of admission.

The caution deposit paid by a student shall be retained in the institution till completion of the course of study.
  •  
The caution deposit will be refunded only after adjusting the dues if any on account of:
a) Loss of library books.
b) Recovery of line for breakages of laboratory equipments.
c) Loss caused to properties of the College.
d) Arrears of fees, if any.
  •  
The students should keep in safe custody the receipt issued for remittance of caution dposit during the tenure of the course.
  •  
Each installment of tuition fees shall be paid on the due dates notified in the calendar. All cash transactions will be closed in the office at 2p.m. every day.
  •  
A receipt by the accountant shall be given to every payment made which the student shall preserve and produce receipts whenever required.
  •  
Mistakes, if any, in the fee receipts should be pointed out then and there. Complaint made later will not be entertained.
  •  
Examinations will be held regularly. Serious action will be taken against those who absent themselves from the examinations with out previous permission.
